In March 2009, Wu Chengyuan joined the company and began to study tea cultivation, tea cultivation and integrated management techniques. He is responsible for logistic management, comprehensive management, and tea plantation management in Dianhong Research Institute and established a series of management methods to control pest in the tea garden and also improve the standard producing procedures.
